Stop when you like.
There’s no contract. To stop Hello, do both:
1. In your portal’s menu, under Settings, press Cancel Hello. That stops the billing.
2. On your mobile, dial the stop code for the way you set up, and press call: ##004# if Jessyour receptionist takes the ones you miss, ##21# (on Vodafone or a Vodafone brand, #21#) for every call. Your mobile rings again.
Cancel alone and your calls still come to us. Dial alone and the billing carries on.
