Is Jess a real person?
No. Jess is an AI, and she never claims to be a person: if a caller asks, she tells them. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she doesn’t guess; she takes a message for you.
Will my customers hang up on an AI?
Some people would rather not talk to one, and that’s fair. Most callers just want to leave their details and know someone will ring back, and that’s all Jess asks of them.
Can she put a caller through to me?
Not yet. Jess takes their name, number and what they need, and tells them you’ll call back. Her email reaches you as soon as the call ends.
Do I need a new number?
No. You keep your number and forward your calls to us.
How do I pay?
We email you an invoice each month for the hours Jess was on, and you pay by bank transfer. No card to sign up, no lock-in contract, cancel anytime.
Can I change my hours?
